After 10 weeks of voting, Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance have been named finalists in the “Best Landlord Insurance Provider” category at the Insurance Choice Awards 2019.
The awards are voted for entirely by consumers, with over 19,000 votes received so far across all categories. Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance are up against Endsleigh to win and consumers can still vote up until midnight on 15 September.
Eddie Hooker, CEO of Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance says: “The insurance market is very competitive and success comes down to much more than just beating others on price. The most important aspect is delivering excellent customer service, supporting the people who have trusted your business to deliver when they need you. Our customers are at the heart of everything we do at Hamilton Fraser and we use any customer feedback we receive as part of our staff training to help the team understand the significance and impact of delivering great service. The fact that so many people have already taken the time to vote for us is extremely gratifying and we thank you for your ongoing support.”
Now in their fourth year, the Insurance Choice Awards help to signpost consumers towards products and providers which have been tried and tested by other consumers. In these uncertain times for landlords, Hamilton Fraser Total Landlord Insurance’s consistent success at these awards will help to reassure landlords that they have access to high-quality innovative landlord insurance cover that is designed with the customer in mind.
Mike Fortis, Founder of Smart Money People who launched the awards in 2016, said: “Insurance can sometimes feel like bit of a minefield for many consumers. The Insurance Choice Awards aim to help customers find the best insurers; those that offer great products, are customer-centric and ultimately treat their customers fairly.”
Landlords can vote here until 15 September and the winners will be announced at an awards event in London on 3 October. Voting takes approximately two minutes, and one lucky voter will win a £1000 cash prize*.
