About the British Property Awards
The British Property Awards are among the most inclusive estate agency awards, because they do not charge to enter. That lets the awards be structured for maximum participation, judging on average over 90% of agents who meet the minimum criteria at a local level.
The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria, over a judging period long enough to assess agents rigorously and fairly.
